In person theory

Because our partnership with the Adreno dive stores around Australia we are lucky to run our theory sessions inside the Adreno stores themselves! 2c/376 South St, O'Connor, 6163
Pool freediving session

Nearby is our pool, which is where we run our pool sessions. The pool is where you are introduced to breath holds and diving techniques before we hit the ocean!
Ocean session

We will take you to the best dive sites with the calmest conditions, not just the most convenient ones.. Our primary dive site is Rockingham Beach but sometimes we also go to Coombe, it just depends on weather

Not just another freediving course

All our courses include high quality freediving hire gear in the cost of the course.
If you don’t pass the requirements of the course you can come back unlimited times for free until you do!
We'll take you to Perth’s best dive spots. The ocean can be unpredictable but we've got you covered. Our main location is the beautiful Rockingham Beach, but if conditions aren't ideal, we have alternative sites. We guarantee tranquil diving conditions, perfect for mastering a new skill.
This is not some course where you hop in the water, tick the boxes and wave goodbye. When you take a course with us you are joining Australia’s largest, most active and inclusive community of freedivers. You will be a part of our tribe, with access to our social dives + trips, pool training sessions, free ocean training sessions.

Acquire all the essential skills to become a skilled spearfisher! Discover proper equipment handling, identify edible fish species, master hunting and stalking techniques, and prioritize safety measures. In this one-day course, you'll spend the morning learning these skills before going for a guided spearfishing session with your instructor. Not only is spearfishing an invaluable life skill, but it's also incredibly fun!

Our two-day spearfishing course covers all the content of our one-day course, with the addition of thorough freediving instruction. Our goal is to enhance your freediving skills, ensuring you feel confident and at ease hunting underwater. If you're eager to delve deeper into spearfishing, this two-day course is perfect for you!

Meet Perth’s best freediving instructors

Artur Rajski

Artur grew up in Poland surrounded by nature and loved spending time in forests and lakes. When he moved to Australia, he discovered freediving, which opened up a whole new world of possibilities and gave him a new level of confidence and freedom. Being an engineer by trade, he loves the science behind this sport and helping people solve problems. His goal as an instructor is to inspire students to find their own path in their freediving journey.

Gear hire is included free of charge in all our courses. Our hire gear is all high quality freediving equipment. It makes a big difference!
All of our courses are Molchanovs courses. Once you finish your course and complete all the requirements you will receive a certification.
If you don’t pass the performance requirements during the course you can come back and dive with us unlimited times until you do! You have 1 year to complete the requirements of the course.
DO NOT scuba dive 24 hours before freediving.
DO NOT dive if you are congested.
DO NOT have a heavy breakfast before your dives.
You need to be at least 16 years old (with a parental/guardian's signed consent).
You need to bring your Medical & Liability Release forms signed and completed before starting the course.
For each level, there are specific prerequisites that you can check above.
The minimum amount of students we can take per course is 3 persons. So if you and your family or friends would like to have a private course (and there are at least 3 of you), then we can definitely arrange a date exclusively for you.
